Other Ways to Help
There are many ways to show your appreciation of or recognise the work of Ilkley and District Good Neighbours. Please drop a line to team@goodneighboursilkley.org.uk if you choose to remember us this way.
Leaving a Gift in your Will
We know you will want to take care of loved ones first but leaving a gift to us in your Will means others can benefit from the support of Ilkley and District Good Neighbours in the future.
If this is something you are interested in, ask your solicitor about leaving a gift to IDGN in your Will.
The solicitor will need our charity number which is 1126267 (England & Wales).
Payroll Giving
When you give through a Payroll Giving scheme, donations are taken from gross pay, after National Insurance but before tax is deducted, so it costs you less to give more.
Talk to your employer about Payroll Giving and find out more at www.gov.uk.
Gift in Lieu of Flowers
Several families of our clients have gifted money to Ilkley and District Good Neighbours in lieu of flowers at their loved one’s funeral.
This is a very thoughtful gift and as well as making a financial difference to our charity, it means so much to us personally. If this is something you would like to consider then please contact us to discuss.
Gift in Celebration
By asking your friends and family to make a charitable donation instead of giving presents at a birthday, anniversary or wedding, you can promote and support our on-going work.
