Over 20 hardy souls took the opportunity to dip (or plunge!) into White Wells on Saturday morning, including members of the IDGN staff team and board of trustees, valued supporters and local MP, Robbie Moore.
It was a fantastic atmosphere with camaraderie among those dipping and enthusiastic cheering from supporting onlookers. Talented local photographer, Charlie Swinbourne, was on hand to capture the action.
At time of going to press, the monies raised exceed £3300 including GiftAid, which is a phenomenal amount and is a step on the way to safeguarding our services, as we continue to look for ways to sustain them.
It has been suggested that this may yet become an annual event so don’t worry if you missed out this time, keep an eye on IDGN socials for a chance to take part next time.
