Safeguarding training is a mandatory course for all IDGN volunteers. If you have not attended a face-to-face session, contact your Coordinator to find out details of the next course and to book a place. Communicating with Dementia

This workshop aims to build resilience. Delivered by the Red Cross, it helped our volunteers build effective coping strategies for emotions and learn how to improve confidence, especially during times where coping with life challenges is more difficult.
